Aktinia hotel complex is located in the south part of Sunny Beach complex. It is situated right on the Black Sea beach among the unique landmark the dunes. Aktinia hotel offers 10 apartments and 88 double rooms as 18 out of them are luxurious. Each room has a balcony and is equipped with an air-condition system that provides comfort during the summer heat as well as during the cooler days and nights, TV, telephone and mini-bar. The main restaurant disposes of amiable staff that takes care of the guests pleasant mood from 8 am till midnight. The hotel bar offers various bulgarian and imported beverages and the lobby bar surprises the guests with exotic drinks offered 24 hours a day. There is a medical room, massage centre and a hairdresser's operating on the territory of the hotel complex. The super market is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is only 35 km away from Burgas airport and 100 km away from Varna. The hotel offers unbelievable view to the sea as well as big variety of services and facilities and impressive swimming pool.

| This is the only time my wife and I have gone back to the same hotel in the same resort - we went there in 2004 and 2005 - and we're going back there this year. We stayed B&B so can't comment on meals other than breakfast but everything else was first class - accomodation, breakfast, staff, rooms, cleanliness, service. The 24 hour bar is excellent - never sat there for 24 hours but if I do fancy a late session its nice to know I can! Location may not suit everybody - about a 20 minute walk from the centre but this is spot on for me - quiet location which is a nice walk at the start and end of each day and backs straight on to a nice quieter part of the dunes and beach. Can't wait for my next stay there 2 - 16 Sep this year. |

| We have just returned from our first holiday to Bulgaria 8/9/2006 , hotel Aktinia is very clean, friendly and well run, most but not all staff speak good English (especially cissy and dannya the bar maids ) what fun they are to be around, rooms are cleaned daily to a good standard clean towels every day bed linen changed every other day the food is at best ok, breakfast is best with quite a few choices,but evening meal left a lot to be desired if you do not get there early enough your meal will be cold , (but there are some fantastic places to go for meals in sunny beach ) we found happies bar and grill to be one of the best for a nice steak meal, the only problem i found was that the hotel it self is a bout a mile or so walk from sunny beach its self and if anybody is disabled like my wife this does mean you need to get transport into sunny beach its self there is the road trains that stop right outside the hotel cost is 2 lev each per trip so no great cost involved only problem is they stop running after 11 30 pm so if you fancy a late night in town then its a taxi ride back to hotel about (15 lev dont get ripped off by letting then use the meters agree a price before you get in )if you go into sunny beach try to book your trips there its a lot cheaper than doing it through your rep, beer is about £1.00 a pint spirits about £1.50, daytime trip to hotel from bourgas airport is 50 lev after 10pm 60/70 lev again agree price first ,so i hope you have as good a holiday as we had. |

| i just came back from the hotel aktinia 3 weeks ago and it was fab the rooms were spacious clean and cool, the hotel was fab and the staff was so friendly especially c c the barmaid and dessi the receptionist it was so good we have already booked up for next year. |

super, brilliant, small,quiet, perfect for familly, rooms equiped with all you need tv, fridge, air condition, swimming pool perfect for children, 2 bars, 1 restaurant, food is perfect, staff friendly, We've been there for 2 weeks just back from bulgaria bech is only 2 min. walking, old town of nessebar is not far, lots of things to do there.
I certainly stay there again. |

| Been to bulgaria the past 5 years this hotel has been the most unfriendly i have ever stayed at it certanly is clean but that is about all i can say about it. |
