Hotel was lovely, right on beach, food is ok, but plenty of bars and restaurants, try flipipopls(think thats the name) a two min walk to the right of hotel when facing beach, its on the beach, food is lovely. Spa was great highly reccomend it! jet skis right outside 50lev for 20mins fab!!!
cleaners were great, left the room for 10 mins went back everything was done.ha. Hotel in nicer part of the strip, about 20-30min stroll from centre and market but bars, shops, restaurants all way down.
Very cheap, would go back again in few years to see how well the country had come on.
Hotels very grand and wow, and surrounding hotels such as majestic and helena sands look good too. |

| Just returned from a week at VP and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is stunning and I cannot fault it at all. Ensure you make use of the fantastic SPA at the hotel and I highly recommend a Turkish Bath ! We are booking to return next year and I am looking forward to it already. Highly recommended and I cannot fault it at all. The Bars & Restaurants close by are also very good and the food and drink is very inexpensive. Having read some comments on this website before I went to VP I was a little concerned but certainly highly recommend it and the resort itself ! |

I am very surprised at the negative comments as we stayed there in May last year and like it so much we came home and booked again for this year.
Lovely staff, lovely room with a beautiful sea view. Food was plentiful and with a good choice but the resort is so cheap you can always go and eat out a night or two if you want. Anyone that has booked for 2007 please don't worry. Our experience was great. |

| It's a wonderful hotel. Reading the complaints of ohter people, we were amazed, because we've been very lucky: all peolple of the personnel were friendly, the room was cleaned daily, the swimming pool and the Spa were absolutely wonderful, the weather was fine. Prices are ridiculous. Food was good. An advice: take breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and dinner in one f the numerous fish restaurants in Nesseabr, a delightful medieval city, at only 9 km. away from the hotel. We've spent Easter in Nessebar and we felt quite well. We shall undoubtfully return to Victoria Palace. |

| our initial delight at this magnificent building soon faded as we quite quickly discovered the staff at the hotel were ignorant, unhelpful and downright rude, if you complained they would often just shrug and walk away and if you pressed them for a response they would shout at you. and for goodness sake don't try the food it is absolutely dreadful, always luke warm and under cooked, the chicken and pork dishes usually partly raw. the menu was repetative and same as day before but presented slightly different or with another sauce but always bland. eat out its safer, tastier, and dirt cheap, and the restaurant people are as a rule friendlier. bulgaria was a big disappointment they have a lot to learn on how to treat its tourists, i would not recommend it to my worst enemy, i for one will not be back. |
